Our Frequently asked questions on our tours
Our guest’s safety is our top priority. We ask all guests to wear a face mask during the walking portion of the tour. Face masks may only be removed while eating or drinking. Our guides wear protective face shields and/or masks to prevent the spread of droplets. Our guides also utilize an audio smart phone app for our guests to download for free and use with earbuds to hear the guide and to maintain a safe distance from the guide and other guests on tour. If a guest does not have a smart phone, they can stand within hear shot of the guide and still maintain acceptable social distancing. We ask that our guests bring their own earbuds with an inline microphone to have the best experience on our tours. Our guides provide hand sanitizer and wipes for use during the tour.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes for walking and appropriate attire for the weather. You may also want to bring sunscreen and a hat and sunglasses. Please download the Elysium TGS smart phone app —————–>

Yes! Please let us know of your dietary requirements at least 2 days before the tour and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. We will work with the restaurants to provide an alternative food sampling choice. Please note some restaurants may not be able to comply with requests or options may be limited. You may also be charged an additional fee for such requests.
All our tours are 2.5- 3 hours and include a total of 1- 1 1/2 miles of walking. We go at a leisurely pace and stop frequently at restaurants to sample food, seated, and to take part in unique behind the scenes experiences that may require standing. It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes for walking. Wheelchairs and other mobility aids are welcome and accommodated. A wheelchair rental may be arranged prior to the tour on your own. Unfortunately, we cannot assist individuals with mobility needs so please plan to attend the tour with another full paying guest who can assist you.
We do have a maximum number of guests per tour. If you see it is sold out online you may give us a call and we can add you to a waiting list. It is rare that we have a cancellation, however.
Tickets need to be purchased in advance on the site to allow for the reservation to be made and food orders to be made. Our site does allow ticket to be purchased on the same day and you are welcome to join us. Please know that special food accommodations may not be able to be met.
Yes! All of our tours are available for private parties just for you and your group. Please contact us directly for special pricing. We are happy to customize a tour to your groups interests or needs. When calling, or emailing please include date and time preference as well as special food requirements or preferred experiences for your group.
After booking a tour with us you will receive an email giving you directions on where to meet your guide. Meeting places may vary depending on the tour.
Our tours typically run rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather conditions, Riverside Sites and Bites reserves the right to cancel the tour. A full refund will be issued to our guests.
